CURRENT WORK: SBIR / NIH GRANT
Cloud Mustang was awarded an SBIR / NIH grant to develop an innovative technology solution designed to help early-stage Alzheimer's and dementia patients and caregivers as a dyad by integrating smart home devices to provide behavior tracking, scheduling with reminders, and care reports.
Our long-term goal is to expand and commercialize this solution to integrate smart home sensors, voice activation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into an easy-to-use, senior-friendly, application that provides tailored assistance to patients with Alzheimer's and dementia as their disease progresses. The broader impact of this technology solution is more time spent safely aging in place, better-informed caregivers, reduced caregiver burden and strain, and a subsequent decrease in medical costs.
